MIL111 is an artistic duo founded by visual artists Iria del Bosque (Vigo, 1981) and Borja Bernárdez (Vigo, 1982).
Their work is situated in the field of new media art and reflects on the emotional and cognitive processes of the human being from a metaphysical evolutionary perspective.
Through different formal proposals and the use of light, space and sound, they seek to reflect on the consciousness of being, its existence in the world and the multiple ways in which human beings fill existential voids.
About.
Borja Bernárdez
Addicted to Stendhal syndrome, adrenaline rush seeker and fan of everything that smells underground. With a sixth sense for trends, he dissolves all their parts until he finds their essence and then coagulates them into something new. A sort of modern alchemist with a digital approach.
Iria del Bosque
Iria is an inveterate idealist, a passionate lover of deep minds and a fierce defender of fire as a way of life. She dives deep into the entrails of everything that crosses her path, feeling and analysing it from angles as yet unknown.
